TOKAIDO.ES works with different kinds of transport companies depending on the destination.

Priority Spain peninsula:

Delivery times can be 48/72 hours from Monday to Thursday except holidays, with the option of Priority: 48 h. At home with insurance, this option has a surcharge, which can be consulted in the "Form of delivery" "
Balearic Islands

Delivery will be 3/4 days from Monday to Thursday except holidays or force majeure and with insurance.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra

 Shipments are made by courier with delivery and payment customs fees upon receipt.

Essential NIF, CIF 

EXW / Ex works (Pick up at point of delivery or agreed place)

This option is to be picked up by a transport agency that by means of a signed and sealed delivery note where the collection of the purchase is certified and in our case we will consider it delivered.

You have a minimum cost of preparation and packaging, except that your transportation will take care of it.

This option has the following obligations on both sides.

The obligations that correspond to Tokaido.es will be:

• Provide the items in accordance with the contract.
• Pack the merchandise in an appropriate and usual way for shipping.
